Terms & Conds
General

1. Ordering - order by emails to therapying@hotmail.com, using the order form we've given you.
2. Payment - We do both meet-ups or POSB bank transfer.
Meet-ups are usually at the West, Bukit Batok or Clementi; Town if we are going down.
POSB bank account number to be given after order is confirmed if shopper opted for transfer, and payment is to be made within 7 days.
3. Collection - Meet-ups or Postage (normal, registered) are okay with us!
For Postage, please email us for further clarifications on the extra cost.
4. Our price listed do not include postage prices.
5. We do not do swaps, hun!
6. Once you have ordered, you've agreed to our t&c.
7. No refunds are to be made if you decided to opt out after sending in the order form; and you'll be blacklisted.

Sprees/Preorders

1. If item is Out Of Stock (OOS), we'll refund you the money as soon as possible.
2. Waiting Period is tentative - Sprees will take longer than preorders, normally.
3. Again, please do not back out once you send in the order form! It's very irresponsible and unfair to us.
Instocks

1. First come first serve basis.
